1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OTABot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OTABot provides competitor rate intelligence for hotels and short-term rentals. The Service monitors publicly available pricing data from online travel agencies (OTAs) and presents it in a dashboard for analysis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • OTABot offers free and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are listed in EUR and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Abuse the scanning functionality (excessive manual scans).

6. Data Accuracy

OTABot retrieves pricing data from third-party OTA platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Pricing decisions should not rely solely on OTABot data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology of OTABot are owned by us. You retain ownership of any data you provide (monitored URLs, labels).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTABot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or inaccurate pricing data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@otabot.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
